Meet the team

Nichelle M. RIZK

Nichelle Rizk is President of Creideas and has over 30 years of experience in the bank and trust fields, with an emphasis on retirement services management and business development. She has held management positions at Wachovia National Bank and Trust, and High Point Bank and Trust where she served as the Manager of Retirement Services and Sales. Nichelle is a graduate of High Point University and has obtained the Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation from the American Banking Association, and AIF©.

Robert DAVIS

Vice President, Benefit Consulting
Robert Davis has over 30 years' experience in the Financial Services and Employee Benefit space. He has held Senior Management positions at Great American Life and EBSO, a national Third Party Administrator. Rob's focus is providing creative solutions to help brokers and clients meet their objective: to provide the best employee benefits possible while saving money for the client.


Employee Relations and Wellness
Val Martin is a graduate of High Point University, with a BS degree in Computer Information Systems (Analyst). Val has over 30 years of Client Service experience. She has held various positions with Wells Fargo Bank for 14 years in the RCIS department as a Senior Underwriting Specialist. Her latest position was with BB&T Bank as a Communication Specialist in the Retirement and Institutional Service Department, educating clients and employees regarding their 401(k) investment plans and Profit-Sharing plans. Val's main focus is: developing and maintaining a client relationship, providing guidance, and ensuring that all of the client's needs are met.


Joan Bates has 20 years of experience in data analytics and data management. She has worked for Sara Lee/Hanesbrands, New Breed Logistics, and Inmar. She is a graduate of Salem College with a bachelor's in mathematics.


Office Manager
Wanda Lawrence has 35 year's experience in Medical Office Management, Business/Hospital Administration, and all aspects of the medical and business insurance industry. Her most recent position was for 26 years with UNC Regional Physicians (formerly Jamestown Family Practice and Urgent Care), where she served as Insurance Manager and Business Office Manager/Administrator. She attended GTCC from 1984 to 1986, majoring in Business Administration and Accounting.
